In addition to a well-respected public school system, White Bear Lake is home to private schools, charter schools and Century College. A well-regarded innovator in education and career preparation, Century College is a two-year community and technical college serving more than 21,000 credit and non-credit students each year. The college boasts a STEM pathway program, a state of the art Fab Lab, the only orthotic/prosthetic program in Minnesota and is the sole metro area college participating in a state consortium offering an Associate in Applied Science degree in renewable energy.
